Put in a bowl the soft butter with the brown sugar and mix with a wooden spoon to form a cream. Little by little add the milk alternating with the flour and the essence. It should form a dough not very soft.

Melt the quince paste (a bain-Marie or in the microwave oven) leave to cool a little. In a mold for the cake roll out the dough in pieces guys, and setting aside a piece for decoration. To accommodate you with the hands on the mold, spread the sweet on the dough and with the remaining dough to put together band-aids and go them up forming the type of figures that you want.

Take to moderate oven for approximately 45 minutes.

Ideal to accompany a good cup of coffee or tea and share it with whomever we want to taste our love for cooking.
